一、脱气系统。。
通常液体在正常压力下含有一定空气，液体在超声波中受到空气阻隔而影响清洗效果，而脱气系统解决了液体中空气脱离液体的问题及把工件上狭缝、盲孔、细孔中的空气脱掉，使液体在无空气状态也就是脱气状态下超声波清洗，其成倍的效果，大大提高了清洗洁净度。
二、真空清洗干燥系统
真空状态下液温高于沸点，去污力强。清洗液迅速抽走真空状态下工件快速干燥。
三、真空蒸馏回收机
具有同时进行蒸馏再生、浓蒸缩干并自动连续排除废油的功能。。含有大量油污的溶剂也可以连续进行高质量的蒸馏再生。与清洗连接，间接加热，过热防止、防爆马达，空气隔离等多项安全措施。

1)Degasification system
Normally liauid has certain content of gas normal pressure,which prevents a beeter cleaning result ultrasonic wave.Degasification separates gas in stlits,blind holes,and tiny bores from liquid and articles to be cleaned,and enablesnon-gas presence ultrasonic cleaning which guarantees finally cleaning degree and effect.
2)Vacuum cleaning and drying system
In vacuum state liquid temperature is higher than boiling point and cleaning ablitily i.Cleanng.Cleaning liquid is quickly abstracted and in vacuum state the process partsare easier to get dride.
3)Vacuum distillation recovery system

It has a function of distillation recovery,concentration and automatically excludewaste oil.Dissolvent that contains large
amount dirty ioil may be distilled and recovered.It has several safety measures i.e.indirect heating ,over heating prevention ,antiexplosion motor,air segregation etc.
