砂浆类搅拌桶

我公司生产的砂浆搅拌桶是根据多线钢丝切割机，切硅片时所用的磨料特征，自行设计制造的。是一台能够对粉体和聚乙二醇充分混合的设备
■方形的进料口，方便进料。
■整体采用不锈钢材料，防腐蚀，易清洁，无污染。
■采用圆弧底的搅拌桶身符合固液混合的原理。
■采用“┶”型浆叶分上下两排安装在主轴上，两排浆叶以90度安装，底下一排浆叶底面成圆弧形状，是为了更好的贴近圆弧型的桶底进行充分的搅拌。
■1000升搅拌机，带有泵吸式，可循环式搅拌。
■可根据客?求迨??求进行设计及制造。

It is a self-design and manufacyured product of our company based on the character of abrasive use in wafer cutting by multi-wire cutter.It can fully mix piwder with PEG.

■The whole machine is made of stainless steel,which is anti-corrosive,easy to clean and with no pollution.
■Round bottom agitator tank accords with solid-liquid mixing theory.
■“┶”Shape paddle is fixed with 90 degrees on the main shaft with two rows, and the round bottom of paddle of the lower
row enables full agitation because it can come closer to the round bottom of the tank in the process of agitation.
■1000-litre agitator with pump auction and circulating agitation.
■It can be custom-designed and made according to customers' request.
